FINE ART PRINTING
Each work begins as a carefully prepared fine art print, produced individually for its final dimensions.
Using archival pigment inks and carefully selected fine art media, every image is printed with close attention to tonal depth, color and surface character.
The goal is not simply to reproduce the photograph, but to preserve the atmosphere and presence of the original moment in physical form.
Building the Profiles
The frame begins long before assembly, with the careful selection of the wood itself.
Each piece is chosen for its grain, character and structural quality, then prepared and worked by hand before becoming part of the final frame. The profiles are cut, routed, sanded, veneered, and carefully finished to bring out the natural warmth and texture of the material.
Every dimension — from the depth of the frame to the width of the liner and the smallest edge detail — is considered in relation to the photograph it will surround.
The wood is not treated simply as a construction material. It is selected, shaped and finished as part of the visual language of the work.
Bringing the Work Together
Once the individual components are prepared, the photograph, liner, outer frame and structural backing are brought together as a single object.
Each element is fitted and aligned carefully so that the finished work remains rigid, balanced and visually precise. The internal construction is designed to support the artwork over time while keeping the final presentation clean and refined.
At this stage, separate materials become one complete fine art piece.
Signed and Recorded
Before leaving the studio, each completed work is individually signed and documented.
Its edition number, artwork ID and identifying details become part of the permanent record of the piece. A serialized holographic identifier links the artwork to its Certificate of Authenticity and to the corresponding record retained in the artist’s archive.
This final stage gives each individual work its own traceable identity within the edition.
The Final Placement
The making process is complete only when the finished work is ready to take its place on the wall.
Each artwork is fitted with a reinforced rear structure designed to distribute its weight and maintain long-term stability. A precision aluminum French cleat provides a secure, clean connection to the wall while allowing the piece to sit neatly in its final position.
Installation guidance is supplied with every work, helping ensure that the artwork is mounted correctly and displayed with confidence.
Made from Beginning to End
From the first print to the final installation, every stage is considered as part of the same work.
The result is not simply a photograph in a frame, but a complete fine art object — created to carry the experience of the image into a new space.
